In 2006 the CEG launched a proze for the best poster presented at an ExTech meeting. The prize is £500 and is intended to to allow the winner to attend the subsequent ExTech meeting. Copies of the winning posters are presented below along with photographs of the recipients winning their awards.

Best Poster Prize at ExTech-11 in 2009

Awarded to Dr Jared L Anderson (The University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio, USA) for his poster titled: Ionic Liquids and Polymeric Ionic Liquids as highly tunable extraction media in analytical microextractions.

Guodong Liang winner of last years poster award presented his poster material as a presentation titled Large Volume Single Drop Microextraction-Sweeping in Capillary Electrophoresis.

Best Poster Prize at ExTech-10 in 2008

Awarded to Guodong Liang (School of Chemistry, Seoul National University, Seoul) for his poster titled "Large Volume Single Drop Microextraction-Sweeping in Capillary Electrophoresis"

Best Poster Prize at ExTech-9 in 2007

Awarded to Basheer Chanbasha, (Department of Chemistry, National University of Singapore) for his poster titled "Development and Application of Polymeric-Nanofiber Membrane Microextraction followed by High-performance Liquid Chromatography- Ultraviolet Detection for the Determination of Phenoxy Herbicides"
